Product Overview

Maltodextrin is a hydrolyzed starch product produced by enzymatic or acid hydrolysis of corn, wheat, or potato starch. It is a white, easily digestible carbohydrate with a mild sweet taste. The Dextrose Equivalent (DE) value determines its properties - lower DE means more like starch, higher DE means more like dextrose.

Our food-grade maltodextrin is produced from non-GMO corn starch under strict quality control. It serves multiple functions in food formulations including thickener, filler, carrier for flavors and colors, and energy source.
